Job Description
North Star Adventures Ltd is a 100% Indigenous tour company, based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. We specialize in Aurora viewing tours from August to April. From April to July we are busy marketing and promoting our Aurora day tours and Aurora multi-day Packages. The Aurora market for North Star Adventures is largely an Asian market with over 20% of clients from South Korea and Korean patriots living in other countries such as USA, southern Canada and Australia.
Office Management experience:
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• direct tourism office management experience
• excellent time management and organizational skills
• knowledge about QuickBooks Online
• extensive knowledge using email and Korean social media sites
• extensive knowledge of Korean culture
• extensive knowledge of the Yellowknife tourism market
• experience with online booking systems such as XOLA and Alipay
• extensive experience dealing with Korean clients, Korean travel agents, and managing Korean staff
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent direct work experience considered
Language: Korean, English
