MANAGER
Integrated Health Care
Assessment (IHCA) Project

Hotıì Ts’eeda is seeking an applied anthropologist to lead and manage a small team to undertake research into primary health care integrated teams in the NWT, with research sites in Yellowknife and Fort Smith.

Candidates should have a PhD in anthropology, sociology, or a closely related field, preferably with research experience in health care-related settings; or, a Masters degree, with 5-10 years relevant experience will be considered. Experience in managing small research teams, and with interdisciplinary and Indigenous research methods, would be assets. Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently are required.

This position can be offered as either a 18-month contract or term position, and in compliance with COVID-19 precautions, which may require working remotely, virtually managing 1-3 team members located in the NWT.

Secondments from other governments and organizations are welcome, and working hours and arrangements are flexible.
