Full-time
JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN/SUPERVISOR

Must have valid class 5 driver’s licence. Required skills include supervising jobs, working with apprentices, interpreting drawings, keeping track of time and materials, safe working habits, be able to communicate with Engineers and customers in English. Must have several years of experience in this trade.

This job is physically demanding requiring heavy lifting and working in confined spaces. Typical work includes commercial and industrial installations and maintenance. Running conduit, pulling wire, installing lighting, networking, motors, starters, and troubleshooting circuitry.

This job requires the applicant to reside in Hay River, NT. Travel is sometimes required to other communities for short periods of time.
