The successful candidate will:
• oversee a team managing construction,professional services and service contracts;
• facilitate contract-related coordination and communications between stakeholders;
• promote and manage business development opportunities;
• perform human resources functions;
• possess a college diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with five years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent.
Coordinator, Facility Management
Yellowknife, NWT
$68,310 – $92,219

The successful candidate will:
• manage and administer contract to ensure compliance with contractual requirements;
• support the operations and maintenance of facilities;
• conduct regular inspections of facilities for compliance, performance, Client-Partner satisfaction, safety and asset integrity;
• coordinate the input of third parties into contracts
• possess a college diploma in facility management or related field with four years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent.
DCC employees working in Yellowknife are eligible for the applicable Isolated Post Allowance established by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.
