NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS
In the supreme court of the Northwest Territories
IN THE MATTER of the Estate of LANA PEARL MCNEILL, also known as LANA P. MCNEILL, also known as LANA MCNEILL, late of Fort Smith, in the Northwest Territories, Deceased, who died on the 6th day of April, 2022.
If you have a claim against the Estate, you must file this claim by May 4, 2023, and provide details of your claim. If you do not file by the above date, the Estate property and assets can be lawfully distributed without regard to any claim you may have.
