IN THE MATTER of the ESTATE OF LORETTA ELAINE ABERNETHY, late of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories, who died on the 29th day of November, 2022.

TAKE NOTICE that all persons having claims upon the estate of the above named must file with the undersigned by the 1st day of May, 2023 a full statement of their claims.

If you do not file by the date above, the estate property can lawfully be distributed without regard to any claim you may have.
