GROUNDSKEEPER
Ensure grounds of all Northview properties are maintained and in good condition. This includes, but is not limited to, snow removal, waste removal, notice delivery, lawn care, site renovations and furniture removals. Potential applicants would have a clean criminal record check and a valid driver’s licence with clean driver’s abstract.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Maintenance team members play a key role in keeping Northview properties in good repair, and they make sure that all types of maintenance issues are resolved in a timely and cost efficient manner. This is a full-time, permanent position. Potential applicants would have a clean criminal record check and a valid driver’s licence with clean driver’s abstract.
