REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

This Request for Expression of Interest is issued by the Town of Hay River for the purpose of identifying parties who are interested in purchasing and developing lands owned by the Town located at Lots 2000 through 2051, and a portion of ROAD, Plan 4288 (Aspen Heights Development Area 2). This is not a formal tender process or closed bidding process. The Town is seeking to test the market for potential purchasers of the Lands and to receive expressions of interest including a response on the Lands which the Town may then accept or use as the basis for negotiations with one or more respondents.
