VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION AND DISSOLUTION

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with subsection 383(4) of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), that on November 12, 2024, the Minister of Finance (Canada) approved the application of Green Shield Canada (“GSC”) for letters patent dissolving GSC. GSC proposed to enter into certain transactions involving the transfer of its business, including the transfer of its prepayment plans to Green Shield Canada Insurance pursuant to an assumption reinsurance agreement. GSC’s remaining property will be distributed to Green Shield Association.
