Purpose: DDMI has proposed to amend its Type A Water Licence (W2015L2-0001) to include progressive reclamation activities associated with pit flooding, and the decommissioning of Dams and engineered structures.

A public hearing will be held by the Board to fulfill 41(2)(b) of the Waters Act on February 22-24, 2022.

Please note the location of the hearing has changed. The hearing will be held at the Nova Hotel in the Caribou Room in Yellowknife, NT and virtually in accordance with the Board’s Rules of Procedure.
