Work includes installation of new buried water, sanitary sewer and stormwater piping in the area of Fraser Place and civil earthworks for grading of roads and lots frontages as follows:
1. Supply and installation of new water, sanitary sewer and stormwater mains, manholes, and appurtenances.
2. Connection of new mains to existing mains.
3. Installation of new residential services capped for future home developments.
4. Earthworks associated with excavation, backfill, and compaction to grade the site.
5. Construction of new granular road structure for future asphalt and concrete works.
6. Trenching and backfilling to support installation of power, communication, and gas utilities.
7. Clearing and grubbing site in advance of April 30th, 2022.
To be considered, Tenders will be received through the bids&tenders™ website above, up to 3:00 p.m. Hay River Local Time on the 9th day of March 2022.
