NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ASSIGNMENT
The following application for the assignment of a water licence has been filed with the Inuvialuit Water Board (IWB) pursuant to Section 9 of the Waters Regulations:
ASSIGNOR:    Repsol Oil & Gas Canada Inc.
ASSIGNEE:   Peyto Exploration & Development Corp.
LOCATION:    Lat.          77° 17’ 30” N
                           Long.    116° 54’ 27” W
LICENCE TERM:   June 1, 2017 to September 30, 2033
PURPOSE: Assignment of Type B Miscellaneous Water Licence N5L8-1837 – Site Remediation, Panarctic F-68 Abandoned Wellsite, Satellite Bay – Prince Patrick Island, NWT
Individuals or parties wishing to provide a written submission on this application for assignment are required to provide the submission to the Inuvialuit Water Board by December 14, 2023.
