Appointment to the Nunavut Surface Rights Tribunal
The Government of Nunavut is inviting nominations for appointment to fill its seat on the Nunavut Surface Rights Tribunal (NSRT).
The NSRT acts as an impartial mediator when developers and land owners fail to agree on compensation related to resource activity on Inuit Owned Lands.
If you are familiar with Nunavut surface rights issues and would like to contribute to the work of the NSRT, or if you would like to nominate someone else, please submit a resume and application form to the address below.
The successful candidate must pass a security clearance.

Nominations will only be considered if a resume is attached. Applications will be received until 5:00 p.m. EST April 12, 2024.
