ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Larga Kitikmeot is a medical boarding home which provides a safe and comfortable home-like atmosphere for patients travelling from the Kitikmeot Region of Nunavut for medical services.
We are seeking a permanent full-time Assistant General Manager who will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the leadership and management of overall operations while ensuring that guest service standards are met or exceeded.
This person must be culturally sensitive, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintain a high level of confidentiality, be willing to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts, and have at least two years of supervisory and management experience. Applicants must be able to pass medical and security clearance.

Annual base salary starting at $69,000.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
