Full-Time AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE
Job Description
A driven, mechanically inclined problem-solver to work with our skilled technical team to inspect, diagnose, repair and service all makes and models of light vehicles, as well as some trucks, buses, mobile and heavy equipment.
Required:
• One or more years as a mechanical assistant in an industrial shop
• Valid driver’s licence
• Reliable team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Solid basic skills for oil changes, tire replacement and repair, wheel alignments, etc for a variety of types of vehicles and equipment
• Computer literacy
• Good verbal communication skills in English
• Commitment to excellent customer service
Flexible work environment in clean, state of the art shop, competitive wages above minimum wage and commensurate with experience, typically 40 hours per week, excellent long- term advancement opportunities.
