Full-Time Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The CEO will administer the affairs, of the company in areas such as Economic Development, Long Term Strategic Planning, Community Development, Financial Management, Human Resource Development and partnership building and acquisitions. The CEO will provide strategic leadership to reporting staff, contractors and support The Board of Directors of Nogha Enterprise initiatives.
The CEO will guide the organization and their staff through the day-to-day operational and Financial management and will ensure that the business practices of the organization maximize sustainable benefit to Liidlii Kue First Nation Band members.
The Ideal candidate must have formal training in Business Management or equivalent, with five years directly related work experience and a proven track record in project management, financial management, board support, economic development with strong interpersonal skills/communication skills in a team setting.
The candidate must have strong negotiation and contract administration skills and knowledge of community development processes with a focus on First Nations governance and relationships in a northern context.
Previous work experience with First Nations Government or Development Corporation is an asset.
Salary and Benefit package is negotiable.
