Clerk/Receptionist
The Clerk/Receptionist is primarily responsible for front-line receptionist and administration duties, including accurate data entry from all sources to the computerized accounting system (QuickBooks) and the Territorial Housing System.
The position represents the initial contact of the Yellowknife Housing Authority with all clients, related agencies and the general public. In addition, the position must also provide clerical support to management and co-workers.
Applicants should have a high school diploma and an Office Administration certificate or a combination of education and work experience. Knowledge of basic accounting methods and general office procedures is essential.
The Clerk/Receptionist position is a permanent position with a salary of $68,972 plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension.
