WE’RE HIRING
Community Counsellor
Rankin Inlet
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning local community programs
• Offering counselling (once training has been provided)
• Travelling to communities as part of a crisis response team
• Administrative tasks to complete (monthly reports)
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• English and Inuktitut
• Experience in land-based cultural activities
• Experience in coordinating community activities
• Must be willing to take counseling training
• Basic computer skills required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Annual compensation including Northern Allowance $88,003
• 3 weeks of annual leave
• Monthly self-care days & lieu time accrual
