Crisis Support Workers
at Alison McAteer House shelter in Yellowknife. Crisis Support Workers provide supportive crisis intervention, case management and support, advocacy, and community referrals to current shelter residents and women who call on the crisis line. Additional duties include offering life skills assistance to residents and helping with day-to-day operations of the shelter.
