CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Canarctic Graphics has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. If you have excellent phone manners, legible handwriting, great written and verbal communication skills, pay attention to detail and have proficient computer skills, we want to hear from you. This person will also need to process and close orders and maintain relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
We produce everything from business cards to books and newspapers. Keeping our customers satisfied is our No. 1 priority. Processing orders, handling phones as well as external and over-the-counter sales are all part of the daily duties.
If you are self-motivated and enjoy dealing with people, you will enjoy the fast-paced, challenging printing business. We are willing to train the right applicants.
