Director, Hotıì Ts’eeda
Hotıì ts’eeda is seeking an experienced, confident professional to provide staff and program management and leadership to its growing, innovative, solutions-oriented initiatives. This internally-focused position requires a detail oriented Staff and Program Manager who enjoys leading and managing staff; creating and innovating programs; and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of results.
Ideal candidates will have a Masters degree in any field, 10+ years experience in staff management and program development, and demonstrate commitment to cultural safety and decolonization.
Educational and experience equivalencies will be considered. Secondments from other governments and organizations are welcome, and flexible work arrangements will be considered.
