DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY SERVICES
The Town of Fort Smith is seeking a highly skilled and qualified individual to fill the role of Director of Community Services. The full advertisement and job description are available on the Town website at www.fortsmith.ca/municipal/careers.
Reporting to the Senior Administrative Officer, the Director of Community Services is responsible for overseeing all recreation, arts, and cultural programming offered within indoor and outdoor municipal facilities. The Director will directly supervise the Program Coordinators for Recreation and Special Events, Library, Art, and Culture, and Childcare Programs and collaborate with the SAO and other members of the senior management team in developing operational and capital budgets, human resource activities, and capital projects.
