EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Are you looking for an exciting career in Environmental Assessment in the Northwest Territories? The Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board (Review Board) has three full time employment opportunities.
There are two positions to support the Board’s mandate of carrying out Environmental Impact Assessments on new large scale developments in the Mackenzie Valley:
• Environmental Assessment Policy Advisor
• Environmental Assessment Officer
There is one position to support the Board’s outreach and engagement with communities, Indigenous government organizations and the public:
• Community Engagement Specialist
Vision of the Mackenzie Valley Review Board: Making wise environmental impact assessment decisions that balance diverse values, interests and knowledge of all residents of the Mackenzie Valley, while ensuring the protection of the environment for present and future generations.
