Cheetah Resources Ltd. is seeking lease space to establish the head office for its Canadian Rare Earth operations in Yellowknife, NWT.

We require approximately 1700 sq. ft. (158 m2) of accessible, welcoming, and secure quality office space in or near Yellowknife’s downtown core for January 2021. The space must be: visible to the public (either directly or by exterior signage), pleasant to work in, efficiently laid out and meet all health and safety code requirements. Indigenous or Northern ownership, energy efficiency and access to parking are desirable. Unfinished and open spaces will be considered and may be preferable.

Interested landlords should provide non-binding proposals, including rent on a triple net and fully gross basis, floor plan, tenant improvement allowance per sq. ft., renewal options and incentives including the free rental period by Friday, Dec. 7 to David Connelly, Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Affairs dconnelly@cheetahresources.com. Proposals should clearly identify the space’s strengths and benefits, including how it meets the requirements and preferences above.
