QIKIQTANI PROGRAM COORDINATOR
What are the opportunities?
The Project Director has overall responsibility for planning, development and delivery of high-quality programs and services across the territory.The Qikiqtani Regional Program Manager is responsible for the effective management and delivery of Ilitaqsiniq programs and services within the region. The Qikiqtani Program Coordinator works with the team to coordinate and deliver Ilitaqsiniq programs and services within the region.
Requirements for the Project Director:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Public Administration and Governance, Recreation, Education, Community Development or related field
• minimum of 5-years of experience in a leadership position in a similarly complex role
• experience in program or community development in a diverse cultural environment
Requirements for the Qikiqtani Regional Program Manager:
• Degree or diploma in Management Studies, Recreation, Education or equivalent experience
• minimum of 2-years of experience in management or team leadership
• minimum of 2-years of program delivery experience
Requirements for the Qikiqtani Program Coordinator:
• Degree or diploma in Management Studies, Recreation, Education or equivalent experience
• minimum of 2-years of experience in a coordinator position or other relevant role
