GUEST SERVICES MANAGER
Minimum qualification/education:
A University or College Diploma in Hotel Management is required
Skill requirements:
– Three year’s experience in a hotel setting with a minimum of one year experience in a leadership role, Must have the ability to communicate in English, Strong customer service and administrative skills
Hours per week:
Permanent Full-time: 32-40 hrs./week
(Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays Availability)

Short description of position duties:
Supervise the daily operation of the Guest Services team to comply with the Standard Operating Procedure, maximize revenues, motivate associates and ensure the highest possible levels of professionalism and guest satisfaction
