Help Desk Technician
Reporting to the IT Manager, the Help Desk Technician is the first contact for end users both locally and remotely requiring assistance. A knowledge of network architecture, and experience with a broad range of devices (PC, mobiles, laptops etc) will assist you in providing professional customer service (and training) to our employees and customers. The help desk technician assist’s with maintenance of all internal communication systems and diagnoses and resolves IT issues as they arise. After hours support is provided by this role through participation in on-call rotation.
The Help Desk Technician will be working Monday – Friday in Yellowknife, NT.
Successful applicants will have a College degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant user support experience. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products, MS 365 and MS Office Suite are required. MCP, Cisco, A+ (or others) certification is an asset. Must have a valid driver’s license.
