Part-Time HR & Administrative Coordinator
Job Description
Do you love tourism and hospitality, as well as keeping people organized? Well Blachford Lake Lodge is looking for you to join our team!
Duties:
• coordination of hiring, scheduling and training of staff and volunteers
• end of contract and exit surveys
• staff travel coordination as needed
• HR Record keeping
• upkeep of licensing and permitting
• organization of record keeping
• assisting the Lodge Owner with various administrative tasks
• Sales & Marketing assistance (taking and processing bookings/payments)
