General Description
This position will provide assistance with human resources services to the Senior Administration Team, Principals and Assistant Principals of Yellowknife Catholic Schools in accordance with GNWT Acts, Policies, Regulations, the NWTTA and UNW Collective Agreements, as well as Board policies and administrative procedures to ensure all human resource needs are fulfilled.
Required Education and Recommended Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience The Senior Human Resource Officer would normally attain the required knowledge through a degree or diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, along with 3 years of related experience. A CHRP designation is considered an asset.
