To be considered, bids will be received and accepted in a marked and sealed envelop quoting the project title at the Town of Hay River Office, 100-62 Woodland Drive, Hay River, NT, X0E 1G1 up to 3:00 PM Hay River local time on Monday, November 2, 2020.
