INVITATION TO TENDER
The following four Tender opportunities are available:
Equipment As & When:
To register a list of light and heavy construction equipment for rent on an As and When Basis.
Fuel As & When:
To Supply and Deliver Various Fuels to locations in the Town of Hay River on an As and When Basis.
Granular As & When:
To Supply and Deliver Granular Materials to locations in the Town of Hay River on an As and When Basis.
Supply and Deliver Dust Palliative and De-icing Materials:
To Supply and Deliver Dust Palliative and/or De-icing Materials to various locations in the Town of Hay River.
All Tenders are used on an As and When basis that will remain in effect through April 30th, 2026.
To be considered, bids will be received and accepted up to 3:00PM Hay River local time on Friday, April 26th, 2024.
Tender documents will be available for pickup at Town Hall during regular business hours.
