The IT Technology Support Technician is a critical member of the administration team that helps the rest of the organization achieve its mandate of protecting the land and water based resources within the Inuvialuit Settlement Region for generations to come.
The position is responsible for the operational aspects of all hardware, software, applications and technology at the Joint Secretariat, working in a mixed Apple and PC environment. The successful individual is well organized, enjoys working with people and passionate about keeping things working.
The successful candidate will have formal IT accreditation and at least three years of prior IT / Technology support working experience, with one of those years working in an Apple environment. The Joint Secretariat is open to candidates that have a relevant combination of knowledge and experience in lieu of formal education.
