Job Description

The successful candidate has:
• five years or more experience in construction or maintenance of residential buildings in the North
• knowledge of all residential building systems will be considered an asset
• ability to work with other team members or alone
• holds a valid driver’s licence
• able to perform physical labour in any weather condition
• be part of an on call system and perform emergency afterhours work
