Full-Time Leadership Operations Coordinator

Drive strategic momentum through communication, coordination, and clarity. We’re looking for a resourceful, detail oriented, and proactive Leadership Operations Coordinator to help keep our leadership team’s priorities moving — especially when it comes to proposal development, talent acquisition, internal/external communications, and performance reporting. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is an excellent communicator, thrives on challenge, and can bring structure to complexity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the coordination and drafting of proposals, RFP responses, and internal business documents

• Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the leadership team

• Support talent acquisition efforts, including job posting coordination, candidate communications, and interview logistics

• Track and manage leadership-driven initiatives, ensuring timely progress and follow-through

• Develop and maintain performance reporting tools to track progress on strategic goals

• Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable plans and communications

• Execute the actionable plans

• Identify blockers and proactively develop solutions or next steps

• Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, and internal updates
