Role:
As the Military Lifestyle Coach, you will assist families with relocation and settlement. You will assess clients’ situations to provide information, assistance, coaching, emotional support and/or referral. You will act as a community service Subject Matter Expert (SME) for families with intricate needs, working in collaboration with the CAF, local community agencies, and external partnership agencies to ensure families receive the required supports.
