NEU Service Officer
Cambridge Bay, Nunavut
This is an indeterminate position based in Cambridge Bay; however the successful candidate will be required to working Iqaluit for the first two months of employment before settling into the Cambridge Bay office. The service officer is the main point of contact for NEU members and some of the main duties are:
Ensures collective agreements are respected and member’s rights are protected; provides representation to NEU members; organizes members into well-functioning locals; coordinates the active participation in the bargaining process.
Salary starts at $110,012.30 and a complete northern benefits package is offered. Staff housing is provided.
