Tender Nominations for Appointment
Appointment to the Nunavik Marine Region Planning Commission and Eeyou Marine Region Planning Commission
The Government of Nunavut is inviting nominations for appointment to fill its seats on the Nunavik Marine Region Planning Commission (NMRPC) and the Eeyou Marine Region Planning Commission (EMRPC).
The NMRPC is an Institution of Public Government with broad responsibilities for land use planning in the Nunavik Marine Region. The EMRPC is an Institution of Public Government with broad responsibilities for land use planning in the Eeyou Marine
Region.
If you are familiar with land management issues in the Nunavik Marine Region or the Eeyou Marine Region and wish to make a contribution to the NMRPC or EMRPC, or if you would like to nominate someone else, please forward a resume and an application form to the address below. Please make sure you clearly outline which board you are applying for. Application forms are available on the Department of Environment website at: http://www.gov.nu.ca/environment
Nominations will only be considered if a resume is attached. Applications will be received until 5:00 p.m. August 28, 2020. As a condition of the appointment, candidates must be willing to undergo and pass a security clearance.
