NOTICE OF DECISION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
This is to notify you with respect to a decision of the Development Officer whereby a Development Permit has been issued authorizing the following development:
1. Solar farm on unsurveyed parcel north of Gwich’in Road (see application for map)
2. powerline to area of current Quonset
3. removal of Quonset
4. installation of battery power storage facility.
CONDITIONS
A. Agreement with Town of Inuvik on location and method of installation of powerline from solar farm to batteries
B. Site Plan and details on battery storage facility
C. Demolition agreement for Quonset
D. Drainage plan for solar farm and renderings of solar panels and fence
