NOTICE OF BOARD’S INTENTION TO RENEW WATER LICENCE

Under subparagraph 36(1)(a)(ii) of the Waters Act, the Board has decided to consider, on its own initiative, the renewal of Water Licence MV2014L3-0007, issued to the Hamlet of Enterprise for municipal operations. Board staff have developed draft conditions for Licence MV2024L3-0002, which are available for public review.

Comments and recommendations on the draft Licence conditions, and/or notices of application for water compensation must be submitted by the comment deadline indicated above using the Board’s Online Review System (ORS) at www.new.onlinereviewsystem.ca.
