NOTICE
NWT Judicial Remuneration Commission
There will be a public inquiry to be held by the Northwest Territories Judicial Remuneration Commission on June 24, 2022, at 9:30 am pursuant to section 12.92 of the Territorial Court Act R.S.N.W.T. 1988, c.T- 2, to address the matter of the Territorial Court Judges’ and retired judges’ extended health benefits. The inquiry will be held at the Nunasi Building, Genesis Room, commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2022.
