Project: NICO Mine

Location: 50 km northeast of Whatì, NT

Purpose: Fortune Minerals Limited (Fortune) (the Applicant) has submitted a complete renewal application for a type A water licence for the NICO Mine (i.e., Mining and Milling). The Water Licence W2008L2-0004 is set to expire on July 21, 2025. The purpose of this Application is to obtain water and dispose of waste for the construction, operation, and closure of the NICO Mine, a cobaltgold-bismuth-copper mine.
