Project: Diavik Diamond Mine
Location: Lac de Gras, NT
Purpose: Diavik Diamond Mines (2012) Inc. (DDMI) submitted an application to amend its Type A Water Licence W2015L2-0001. DDMI is requesting to amend the Type A Licence to include progressive reclamation activities associated with the decommissioning of collection ponds.

Comments and recommendations on the Application were due on January 24, 2023. Notices of intent to submit an application for water compensation are due on February 27, 2023. The next opportunity to participate in this proceeding will be at the Technical Session held in Yellowknife from March 6 to 10, 2023. An agenda will be made available in advance and posted to the Online Registry (wlwb.ca/registry/W2015L2-0001).
