NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS
Project: Ekati Diamond Mine – Sable Underground
Location: Lac de Gras, NT
Purpose: Arctic Canadian Diamond Company Ltd. (Arctic) submitted an application package for proposed underground mining at the Sable Development (the Project) of the Ekati Mine. The package included an application to amend Water Licence W2022L2-0001 to reflect the Project. The package also included applications for two Type A Land Use Permits: W2024D0005, which would replace the existing Land Use Permit for the Sable Development (i.e., W2023D0002) and incorporate underground activities; and W2024D0006 which would be for the initial construction phase of the Project for a term of two
(2) years.
