Project: Dehk’è Frank Channel Bridge Replacement.
Location: Dehk’è Frank Channel, Highway-3, NT
Purpose: The Government of the Northwest Territories, Department of Infrastructure (GNWT-INF) submitted an application for a Type A Land Use Permit (Miscellaneous) and a Type B Water Licence (Miscellaneous) for the replacement of the Dehk’è Frank Channel Bridge in the Highway-3 (HWY-3) corridor. The replacement includes the construction of a new bridge just to the north of the existing one, and the deconstruction of the existing bridge. The Project also involves re-alignment of the road approaches on either side of the bridge.
