Under subparagraph 36(1)(a)(ii) of theWaters Act, the Board has decided to consider, on its own initiative, the renewal of Water Licence MV2014L3-0008, issued to the Hamlet of Fort Resolution for municipal operations. Board staff have developed draft conditions for Licence MV2025L3-0002, which are available for public review.
Comments and recommendations on the draft Licence conditions, and/or notices of application for water compensation must be submitted by the comment deadline indicated above using the Board’s Online Review System (ORS) at www.new.onlinereviewsystem.ca.
