Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing

The public hearing scheduled by the Board for December 6 and 7, 2023 has now been cancelled under subsection 41(3) of the Waters Act and subsection 72.15(3) of the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act. No requests to appear and make representations at the hearing were received, and the Applicant has consented to the disposition of the matter without a public hearing.
