Purpose: Arctic (formerly Dominion Diamond Mines ULC) has submitted a Renewal Application for its Type A Water Licence (W2020L2-0004). Arctic is applying for a twenty-six (26) month renewal to the term of its existing Licence (W2012L2-0001; from August 19, 2021 to October 18, 2023) with no other proposed changes to the Licence.

How to Apply
The public hearing scheduled by the Board for March 3, 2021 has now been cancelled under subsection 41(3) of the Waters Act. No requests to appear and make representations at the hearing were received and the Applicant has consented to the disposition of the matter without a public hearing.
