NOTICE OF FIRST MEETING OF CREDITORS

IN THE MATTER OF THE BANKRUPTCY OF KASTEEL CONSTRUCTION AND COATINGS INC.
NOTICE is hereby given that the bankruptcy of Kasteel Construction and Coatings Inc. occurred on the 17th of October 2023 and the First Meeting of Creditors will be held on the 27th day of October 2023 at 10:00 A.M.(MST). Call in details can be obtained upon request made to the Trustee’s office. To be eligible to vote at that meeting, the creditors must file Proofs of Claim with MNP Ltd., prior to the meeting. (Where necessary proxies should be completed.) Claims against the estate must be filed with the Trustee in the prescribed form before distribution is made; otherwise, the proceeds of the estate will be distributed among the parties entitled thereto without regard to such claim.
