A public hearing will be held by the Board to fulfill subsection 72.15(2)(a) of the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act (MVRMA) on October 25, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The venue for the hearing has yet to be determined.
Written interventions for this public hearing must be submitted to the Board at the address below by 5:00 p.m., September 27, 2023.

If no notice is received of persons indicating their intention to appear and make presentations concerning the Application, and the Applicant consents in writing to the disposition of the matter without a public hearing, the Board may cancel the hearing as per subsection 72.15(3) of the MVRMA.
