Intervention deadline: October 27, 2023
A public hearing will be held by the Board to fulfill subsection 41(2)(a) of the Waters Act and subsection 72.15(2)(a) of the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act (MVRMA) on December 6-7, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The venue for the hearing has yet to be determined.
If no notice is received of persons indicating their intention to appear and make presentations concerning the Applications, and the Applicant consents in writing to the disposition of the matters without a public hearing, the Board may cancel the hearing as per subsection 41(3) of the Waters Act and subsection 72.15(3) of the MVRMA.
